In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

ph653 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the ph653 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

ph653 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Users access the platform at their own risk. ph653 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or any banking institution.

ph653 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or collusion
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Registration by an individual under 21 years of age
• Multiple account registration
• Activity that ph653 determines, in its sole discretion, to pose a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or compliance with applicable law
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder

Upon termination of an account for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure or self-exclusion), any eligible balance remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the verified payment method on file, less any applicable deductions for outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Accounts terminated for breach of these Terms may be subject to balance forfeiture in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

The governing language of these Terms is English. Any translation provided for convenience does not affect the interpretation of the English language version, which shall prevail in the event of inconsistency.
